Program Management of HR LAB
HR LAB is a not-for-profit HR network organization with 45+ member companies.
Its purpose as it is reflected in its mission statement:
“Creating oxygen for HR professionals by sharing HR practices and topics that matter for our member organizations. These themes can be both strategic and pragmatic, but always up to date. HR LAB leverages on the rich, diverse experience and network of the members in a trustful environment.”
HR LAB organizes 8 activities during the working year (Sept. – June) as well as a well-attended 2-day seminar in June. As HR LAB board member and coordinator, Flor is in charge of program management, membership administration and account management, business development, and relationship building with key players in the Human Resources arena (universities, governmental bodies, ...).

Inspirational leadership development training
Walkshop@Costa Azahar & Serra d’Irta: a unique concept of leadership development training in the scenic setting of the Serra d’Irta and in partnership with People Intent.
The Walkshop has been successfully organized yearly since 2012 and its next edition will take place in September '24. Please find attached the link to the brochure for the next edition.

‘Uw Geldarchitect’ has focused on financial coaching since 2019. It specializes in helping people deal with financial issues and their financial management. In collaboration with Uw Geldarchitect, Flor coaches clients while building on their own ideas and financial insights. The coaching sessions result in a practical step-by-step plan that is very tangible and immediately applicable.
